Hawthorn Berry · Hibiscus · Nettle Leaf · Red Raspberry Leaf — Cardiovascular Support Blend
"Four herbs. Thousands of years of cardiac wisdom. Clinical trials confirming every one."
Hawthorn is one of the few herbs in the world studied in a clinical trial involving nearly 2,700 patients — the SPICE trial. That's pharmaceutical-grade clinical scrutiny applied to a berry European herbalists were using for heart conditions in the 19th century, and TCM physicians had documented for over 1,000 years before that. Hibiscus has been directly compared to ACE inhibitor medications in randomized controlled trials for blood pressure support.*
Heart Health combines them with the mineral-rich foundation of nettle leaf — potassium, magnesium, and iron — and red raspberry leaf's ellagitannins, which the gut microbiome converts to compounds studied for vascular support.* Four herbs, four complementary mechanisms, one cup that turns deep ruby-red.
Important: if you take any heart or blood pressure medication, please read the FAQ below before use.

- Measure 1–1.5 tsp of blend into an infuser
- Pour freshly boiled water over the herb
- Steep 10–12 minutes
- Strain and drink — 2–3 cups daily
Traditional tip: In West Africa, hibiscus tea (Zobo/Bissap) is served at celebrations as a daily wellness drink, not a medicine. This blend works best with daily commitment — allow 4–8 weeks of consistent use to notice its effects. Beautiful deep ruby color; serves well hot or iced.
