HOW TO BREW:
Each herb comes with its own brewing instructions. The general method: steep 1 teaspoon in 8–10oz of hot water for 10–15 minutes, strain, and enjoy. Some roots and berries benefit from a longer simmer. Full instructions included with your pack.
