Long before "hormone balance" was a wellness buzzword, herbalists were nourishing women's bodies with what grew in the hedgerows and fields around them — a mineral-rich nettle from the meadow, a sweet red clover from the pasture, and a bramble leaf midwives have passed down for generations.

Her Cycle brings these three classic "woman's herbs" together into one nourishing daily tea. Stinging nettle leaf is one of the most mineral-dense plants in Western herbalism, traditionally used as a nutritive tonic. Red clover is a well-known source of plant isoflavones and has long been part of traditional herbal support for women moving through hormonal transitions. Red raspberry leaf is perhaps the most iconic "woman's herb" in folk tradition, prized for generations by herbalists and midwives for its toning, nourishing qualities.

HOW TO BREW

Use 1 rounded teaspoon per 8oz of just-boiled water. Steep 10–15 minutes — nettle and red raspberry leaf are sturdier leaves that benefit from a longer steep to fully release their nutritive qualities. Strain and enjoy warm, once or twice daily.

Traditional tip: many herbalists brew this one strong and let it cool as an all-day sipping tea, treating it more like a nourishing infusion than a quick cup.

INGREDIENTS: Stinging Nettle Leaf, Red Clover, Red Raspberry Leaf

SUGGESTED USE: 1 tsp per 8oz water, steeped 10–15 minutes. Each 2oz pouch yields approximately 30 servings.

Please note: Red clover contains plant isoflavones (phytoestrogens) — those with hormone-sensitive conditions, on hormonal medication or birth control, pregnant, or nursing should consult a healthcare provider before use. Red raspberry leaf is traditionally used with caution in early pregnancy; consult a midwife or healthcare provider before use if pregnant. As a mild traditional diuretic, pair this tea with adequate water intake throughout the day.
