Nettle Leaf · Red Raspberry Leaf · Dandelion · Burdock Root · Sarsaparilla — Herbal Iron Support Blend
"The herbs midwives have trusted for centuries — now in one cup."
Long before iron supplements existed, herbalists and midwives knew which plants the body needed most when blood ran thin. Stinging nettle — packed with more bioavailable iron than almost any other herb — was the foundation of nutritive teas for menstruating women, pregnant mothers, and anyone recovering from blood loss. Red raspberry leaf followed, providing its own iron alongside the uterine-toning tannins that have made it one of the most recommended herbal teas in pregnancy for centuries. Dandelion brought liver support, burdock fed the gut microbiome that makes mineral absorption possible, and sarsaparilla completed the circle as a blood-purifying alterative tonic documented across three independent medical traditions.
Iron Booster puts those five herbs together in ratios designed to maximize their collective nutritive action.*

How to Brew
- Measure 1–1.5 tsp of blend into an infuser
- Pour freshly boiled water (95–100°C) over the herb
- Steep 12–15 minutes — the roots in this blend need time
- Strain thoroughly
- Add a squeeze of lemon — this is not optional if iron support is your goal
- Drink 2–3 cups daily, between meals, away from coffee and dairy
Traditional tip: European midwives served iron-supportive nettle and raspberry tea between meals specifically because coffee, dairy, and tannin-heavy foods at the same time can block iron absorption. Drink this between meals for maximum benefit.
