Lemon Balm · Chamomile · Catnip · Valerian Root — Daytime Calm & Stress Relief Blend
"Calm without sedation. Focus without tension. Your nervous system, restored."
There's a difference between a sleep tea and a stress tea. Relaxer was built for daytime — for the 2pm meeting when your shoulders are at your ears, the Sunday anxiety spiral, the workday that never seems to stop. It's the cup you reach for when you need to come down but can't afford to check out.
Lemon balm leads. Multiple clinical trials have shown it may support reduced anxiety while maintaining cognitive performance under stress — not sedating, but taking the edge off in a way that lets you think more clearly, not less.* Chamomile adds gentle receptor modulation, catnip settles the nervous system and digestive tract, and a low, carefully calibrated dose of valerian provides anxiolytic support without the sleep-inducing effect it has at higher doses.*
Why Relaxer?
- Lemon balm — RCT evidence for supporting reduced anxiety with maintained cognitive performance*
- May support calm focus without drowsiness, through GABA-supporting mechanisms*
- Chamomile provides gentle relaxation support without dependency*
- Catnip may support a settled nervous system and digestive tract*
- Low-dose valerian formulated for daytime use, not sedation*
- Four complementary calming mechanisms in one cup*
- May support healthy cortisol patterns with consistent daily use*
- May support occasional nervous stomach and stress-related digestive discomfort*
- Appropriate for daytime use for most people, unlike our evening Lullaby blend*
How to Brew
- Measure 1 tsp of blend into an infuser
- Pour freshly boiled water over the herb
- Cover immediately — volatile oils escape with steam
- Steep 8–10 minutes, covered
- Strain and drink — hot or iced, 2–3 cups daily
Traditional tip: Lemon balm was called Melissa — honey bee — by the ancient Greeks, who noticed bees consistently sought it out. European physicians from the 11th century onward prescribed it for anxious, melancholic moods and heart palpitations driven by nervous tension.

Frequently Asked Questions
How is this different from Lullaby? Relaxer is Lullaby without the hops and at a lower valerian dose — formulated for daytime calm rather than sleep, so it's less likely to cause drowsiness for most people.
Can I drink this and still drive or work? Individual sedation response varies, so assess your own response first — but most people experience calm focus rather than drowsiness at standard doses.
Can I take this with sedative medication? Use with caution alongside benzodiazepines, sedating antihistamines, or opioids, since the calming activity may be additive — consult your healthcare provider.
Is it safe during pregnancy? No — this blend is not recommended during pregnancy due to chamomile and valerian safety considerations. Consult your healthcare provider.
