In Ayurvedic tradition, tulsi is known as "The Incomparable One" — a sacred herb turned to for resilience against everyday stress. In the forests of South America, the Guaraní people brewed yerba mate for sustained energy and focus, while indigenous healers of the Amazon turned to the inner bark of the pau d'arco tree as a foundational part of their herbal tradition. Resilient Energy braids all three into one grounding, energizing daily tea.

Tulsi (Holy Basil) is one of the most studied adaptogens in Ayurvedic medicine, traditionally used to help the body build resilience to everyday stress. Yerba mate offers a naturally caffeinated lift alongside plant antioxidants, prized in South American tradition for clean, sustained energy without the jitters some people associate with coffee. Pau d'Arco rounds out the blend with centuries of use in Amazonian ethnobotanical tradition as a foundational wellness herb.

HOW TO BREW

Use 1 rounded teaspoon per 8oz of hot water heated to about 175–185°F — just below boiling. Steep 8–10 minutes. Water that's too hot can scorch yerba mate and turn the flavor bitter, so resist pouring straight from a rolling boil.

Traditional tip: in South America, mate is traditionally sipped slowly through a metal straw (bombilla) from a shared gourd — steep this blend a little longer and sip slowly to bring some of that grounding ritual into your own morning.

INGREDIENTS: Tulsi (Holy Basil), Yerba Mate, Pau d'Arco

SUGGESTED USE: 1 tsp per 8oz water (175–185°F, not boiling), steeped 8–10 minutes. Each 2oz pouch yields approximately 30 servings.

Please note: Contains naturally occurring caffeine from yerba mate — those sensitive to caffeine, pregnant, or nursing should limit or avoid use, and avoid drinking late in the day. Pau d'Arco should be used with caution alongside blood-thinning medication — consult your healthcare provider first. Consult your healthcare provider before use if pregnant, nursing, or taking medication.
