There's a particular kind of tired that isn't about sleep — it's the frazzled, wrung-out feeling after a day that took more than it gave back. Herbalists across generations have reached for the same handful of gentle plants on nights like that: a soft flower for the nerves, a golden bloom for the belly, a vine for racing thoughts, and a root for finally letting go.
Rough Day Serenity brings those four together. Chamomile and passionflower are among the most researched calming herbs in Western botanical medicine, with clinical research exploring their role in easing everyday tension and supporting restful sleep. Valerian root has centuries of traditional use as an evening wind-down herb, while calendula adds a gentle, soothing note that rounds out the blend and supports digestive comfort after a stressful day.

HOW TO BREW
Use 1 rounded teaspoon per 8oz of just-boiled water. Cover and steep 10–12 minutes — covering the cup keeps chamomile's calming volatile oils from escaping with the steam. Strain and sip slowly in the evening, or anytime the day has been a lot.
Traditional tip: many herbalists brew this one 30–45 minutes before bed as a nightly ritual, sipping slowly while the mind unwinds along with the tea.
INGREDIENTS: Calendula, Chamomile, Passionflower, Valerian Root
SUGGESTED USE: 1 tsp per 8oz water, steeped covered 10–12 minutes. Each 2oz pouch yields approximately 30 servings.
Please note: Valerian root may cause drowsiness — avoid driving or operating machinery after use, and do not combine with alcohol or sedatives. Those in the Asteraceae/daisy family (ragweed, marigolds) should use chamomile and calendula with caution. Not recommended during pregnancy or nursing without consulting a healthcare provider. Consult your healthcare provider before use if you take medication, especially sedatives.
